She had always been friendly and trustworthy, so she was my first choice of the real estate agents I knew. We met at the condo. Lisa was fully prepared with a detailed report on the local market and similar condos within the building. I was impressed by her preparedness and attention to detail. She knew how long properties had been on the market, what had sold recently as well as similar properties for sale. Lisa toured our condo and let us know that though the market had slowed, she felt it would show well. She suggested a price that was in the range of what my husband and I had been thinking. Lisa suggested professional photos and we agreed. They were stunning! She had us review the listing before posting it and we were pleased with the advertisement.
